Loading Events

Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive class for children and caregivers on growing late summer vegetables in Moab!

We will read the children’s book The Surprise Garden and discuss what late summer vegetables we can grow in Moab, how to grow them, and the benefits of growing your own food. Participants will be able to plant their own kale and chard seeds to take home. We will finish with a brief yoga class in which we will “grow like seedlings.”

All materials and yoga mats will be provided.

FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
