Every second Tuesday of the month, Moonflower Co-op donates 5% of the day’s proceeds to an organization doing important work in our community.
Join us on Tuesday, June 10th to support the Moab Area Community Land Trust!
The Moab Area Community Land Trust’s mission is to create permanently affordable housing by preserving land held in trust in the Moab Valley. MACLT supports avenues for both homeownership and rental housing for household incomes in Grand County ranging from extremely low to moderate.
The Arroyo Crossing subdivision, MACLT’s current affordable housing project, will have nearly 125 households living there by the end of 2025, and 300 total units when all phases of construction are complete. We strive for our residents to find stability and empowerment in their community space. MACLT has established strong partnerships with local developers to continue the growth of Arroyo Crossing which furthers MACLT’s mission of providing vital housing opportunities for local and working residents of Moab.
