Soup season is on and changing seasons bring the cozy vibe to cook inside. Learn tips and techniques to curate a beneficial base for seasonal cooking and recipes. Soups provide warming nourishment and can be elevated using herbs/spices to enhance immunity, and a good stock/broth can be used for more than just soup.

We will create an autumnal regenerative beverage that will leave you simmering with a glow for fall!

FREE and open to all. All ingredients will be provided. The class will take place in our Datura Deli kitchen.
