Join Kendra Kurihara for a hands-on experience making a really good crusty loaf of bread from sourdough starter. Learn how to read your dough and understand the mechanics and magic of bread baking. This method is easy enough to make during a busy work week, and flavorful enough to want to eat every day. You will have the opportunity to take some active, live starter home with you!
All ingredients will be provided. Free and open to 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis (sign up below).
About Kendra:
Kendra travels by bike so she can eat as much as possible.
The class will be located in Moonflower Community Cooperative’s kitchen, located at 39 E 100 N, Moab, Utah.
