Aromatherapy for Sore Muscles & Self-Healing
Soothe tension, unwind tight muscles, and learn the art of blending your own natural muscle relief oil in this yin yoga and aromatherapy workshop. In this 60-minute class, you’ll explore essential oils that ease sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. You’ll then create your own personalized massage oil blend to take home, customized with your preferred scents and healing intentions.
We’ll end the session with a guided mini yin yoga relaxation practice, helping you experience the therapeutic benefits of your blend right away.
Perfect for yogis, hikers, athletes, or anyone seeking natural self-care.
Free and open to the public. Yoga mats will be provided, but you may bring your own.
The class will take place in the Dance Room at the MARC, 111 E. 100 N.
