Learn to prepare two Indian dishes in another free cooking class at Moonflower Co-op! Brook Indries will teach how to prepare aloo gobi (North Indian potato & cauliflower) with tamota par eedu (baked eggs with tomato) with rice. Participants will be able to enjoy the meal at the end of the class (vegetarian or vegan option available). Ingredients will be provided by Moonflower.

Class size limited to 12 participants on a first come, first served basis.
