Herbal Tea Making & Yoga for Kids

Loading Events

Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive class for children and caregivers on introducing herbal tea to and creating healthy bedtime habits for kids as families get back into the school routine.

We will make our own herbal tea blends and learn the benefits of offering calming tea to children, safe teas to introduce to children over 1 year old, how to introduce tea to kids, and how to create a calming bedtime routine. Courtney will then teach a brief kid-friendly relaxing yoga class.

All materials and yoga mats will be provided.

FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
