"Tuning In" by Emily Stock

August 18, 2015, 6:00pm - August 18, 2015, 8:30pm

Moonflower Community Cooperative

Identifying Digestive Imbalances In this class we will focus on ways to identify foods and eating habits that are stressful or inflammatory to the body. Each persons ‘healthy’ diet is a unique balance dependent on constitution, food intolerances, emotional food habits, and nutrition. We will discuss how to tune in: how to recognize the complex feedback system of the body, and how to appropriately respond. By doing so, the radiance and power of the transformative digestive system can flow free.
