Moab Regional Hospital with Moonflower Community Cooperative will offer a two-part discussion focusing on stress and grief. When: Thursday, December 8th, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Where: Moab Regional Hospital, Education Room 2 Grief is something that almost everybody experiences at some point in their life. It is particularly hard to deal with during the holiday season. We will learn about ways to cope with grief and ways we can help other people through this difficult time with Antje Rath, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Moab Regional Hospital. She has almost 15 years of experience as a grief counselor for children, teenager, and adults. Developing certain insights into the nature of stress as well as cultivating some basic behavioral disciplines can give us the ability to successfully minimize the negative effects of stress. James Ferro Ph.D. Psychologist, is a resident of Moab and has provided counseling and psychotherapy services here since the 1980's. He has been an active member of the Utah State Critical Incident Stress Management team for 20 years.
