Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive class for children and caregivers on introducing lavender, essential oils, and aromatherapy to and creating healthy bedtime habits for kids. With the sun setting later, our kids’ classes this month will focus on healthy, natural methods to help kids get to sleep.
We will make a lavender essential oil aromatherapy spray and learn the benefits of using lavender with children, how to safely introduce lavender and essential oil sprays to kids, the signs of allergic reaction, and how to create a fun bedtime routine. Courtney will then teach a brief kid-friendly relaxing yoga class.
All materials and yoga mats will be provided.
FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
