Kids’ Spring Gardening & Yoga Class

Join us and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive class for children and caregivers about gardening and using basil in the garden and kitchen. Children will get to plant their own basil seeds to take home, practice a kid-friendly yoga flow, and read the children’s book “Rachel’s Day in the Garden.”

All materials and yoga mats will be provided.

FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.

About Courtney:

Courtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education, pediatrics, and yoga instruction, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder and Cashin.
