Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive family-friendly class for children and caregivers! Children will learn movement, balance, and body awareness by practicing beach party-themed yoga and then practice using their fine motor skills and tactile sense by making a sensory “breathing bottle.” These can support kids’ emotional regulation, focus, nervous system development, and mindfulness skills in a playful and accessible way.
Finally, families will enjoy a tasty, healthy summer snack of frozen yogurt-dipped banana (plant-based).
Free and open to all. Meet other families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
