Learn to make a simple yet incredibly flavorful Chinese home cooking staple, tomato and eggs. Along the way, instructor Kendra Kurihara will highlight basic Chinese cooking techniques and how they can be used in many other dishes.

The class will be located in the USU Grand County Extension Conference Room teaching kitchen at 1850 S. Aggie Blvd., Moab, UT. No parking permit is required.
