Moonflower Community Cooperative is happy to host a gluten-free cooking class with Aurita Maldonado. Come learn how to use a variety of gluten-free flours to tailor an all-purpose blend that is perfect for pizza dough. Learn the hands on techniques to shaping and baking gluten-free dough.
