Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive kids’ class about upcycling your Christmas tree! Children will learn about conifer trees, create their own natural household cleaner using pine needles (they will be provided, or bring your own!), and class will include kid-friendly yoga and a mindfulness lesson.
All materials and yoga mats will be provided.
FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
About Courtney:
Courtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education, pediatrics, and yoga instruction, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder.
