We will make a variety of fermented vegetables from simple Sour Kraut to mixed Asian combos like Kim Chi. Kaki Hunter makes her own brand of KAK CHI designed to remain crisp to the last bite. Fully fermented samples will also be available for tasting.
Info on accessing Kaki’s Kitchen: Park on street / walk up driveway between the wood fence and the little tan house / continue to the very end of the driveway / Kaki’s house is farthest from the street with the pointed gable roof and wood planked porch.
