In this interactive class you’ll learn some dynamic tools for managing and balancing your emotions and your energy toward true happiness, and psychological and emotional well-being that you can easily use in everyday life. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive a mini energy balancing session from the teacher during the class. You can also get a signed copy of her book (available any time in the co-op book store) that includes many great energy balancing tools.

About Elana:

Elana is the best-selling author of Finding Your Own Happy: The Soul Searchers Guide to Peace and Happiness in Everyday Life and is a Mental Health and Happiness Coach with Divine Essence Coaching. Over the last decade Elana has taught countless deeply caring folks who have felt wrong, broken, unhappy, or just utterly different all their lives how to heal their pain, lose the blues, and leverage their experience to find their own true happy.
