With school back in session, the seasons on the cusp of changing, and the inevitable return of Moab’s tourists imminent, it’s time to start thinking of preventative ways to stay healthy.

Dr. Don Leathers and Dr. Rob Neilson will discuss Naturopathic ways to keep the community healthy in this discussion and lecture style class.

Their goal is to minimize community outbreak of the cold, the flu, and other respiratory illnesses. They will also showcase some of Moonflower Co-op’s immune tonic offerings.

Learn how to stay healthy and prevent getting sick during the cold and flu season. A focus will be on using Naturopathic medicine’s treatments with lifestyle, diet, herbs, exercise, and supplements.
