Cabbage: An ode to the most delicious, versatile, storable, affordable vegetable.

In this free cooking class with Kendra Kurihara, learn how to choose, slice, and prepare cabbage, as well as how to make salads, quick pickles, kimchi, and braised cabbage.

All ingredients will be provided. Free and open to the public, but class is limited to 12 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

About Kendra:
Kendra travels by bike so she can eat as much as possible.

The class will be located in Moonflower Community Cooperative’s kitchen, located at 39 E 100 N, Moab, Utah.
