LJ will provide a brief history of the Usui style of Reiki, discuss what Reiki is and other styles and forms of Reiki, illustrate an energy ball, and provide instruction for a self-healing Reiki technique.
Free and open to the public. This class will take place in the Board Meeting Room at the Grand County Public Library, located at 257 E. Center St.
