Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for an informative and interactive class all about fire cider, a natural alternative to pharmaceutical medicines for colds and respiratory conditions, for infants and toddlers.

Learn the benefits of using fire cider, the difference between fire cider for adults and infants, and how to introduce an infant-friendly version to your baby.

Participants will also get to create their own fire cider to take home. All ingredients and materials will be provided.

FREE and open to the public; children are welcome to join! Meet other children and families in the community!

About Courtney:

Courtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education, pediatrics, and yoga instruction, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of 9-month-old Wylder.
