Join us on Tuesday, August 10th to support Science Moab!
Science Moab is a local 501(c)3 organization that works to engage community members and visitors with the science happening in southeast Utah and the greater Colorado Plateau. We work to empower the local community by providing access to place-based science in ways that build community and connection to place.
Funds from the 5% Day will be used for Science Moab on Tap events, a science lecture series geared towards locals and hosted in community spaces around town. These events bring the community together during the off-season and provide a place for people to learn and have fun together. The events have been very well attended and loved by the local community.
Every second Tuesday of the month, Moonflower Co-op donates 5% of the day’s proceeds to an organization doing important work in our community. If you are interested in signing your organization up for a 5% Day, please fill out this form.
