KZMU is Moab’s grassroots community radio station. Solar powered and community empowered since 1992, KZMU’s mission is to inform, educate, engage, entertain, and connect the communities of Southeastern Utah. KZMU has the only all-volunteer crew in Utah, bringing you the best of myriad genres, artistically mixed and commercial free, seven days a week. We find the most interesting new music out there to ensure you’re hearing the latest cool sounds to stimulate your minds and excite your ears.
KZMU celebrates free speech and the creative spark that lives in all of us! Sprinkled in with our eclectic music shows are our engaging, diverse and educational public affairs programs. Local volunteer hosts bring discussions around the latest civics issues, arts, outdoor recreation, books, history, and more to the airwaves!
