Community Rebuilds is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to build energy-efficient housing, provide education on sustainability, and improve the housing conditions of the workforce through an affordable program. CR builds with low-income families and individuals to construct affordable homes using sustainable and natural building methods and materials. Community Rebuilds also operates a building apprenticeship program for young emerging professionals to get hands-on experience in conventional, sustainable, and natural building, which drastically reduces the cost of the home for the homeowner.
Every second Tuesday of the month, Moonflower Co-op donates 5% of the day’s proceeds to an organization doing important work in our community. If you are interested in signing your organization up for a 5% Day, please fill out this form.
