Ayurveda is an ancient form of alternative medicine which integrates physical existence, mental existence, and personality through elemental composition. You will learn the basic principles of this complex system of healing, sample a few important ayurvedic herbs and foods, and practice some diagnosis skills to get to know your doshas.
