Kitchari literally means ‘mixture,’ and usually consists of some combination of lentils, rice, and mung beans. There are many different recipes for this ubiquitous food of India. We will address different spices for different constitutional types, along with how and why it is effective for cleansing the body.
There will be an optional Ayurvedic constitutional quiz for those interested.
We will also go over some general guidelines of how to cleanse this spring with the use of kitchari and Ayurvedic principles
