So, what is a SCOBY anyway? Doug and Natalie, founders and owners of Tailwind Kombucha, will cover the basics of brewing good kombucha. They will discuss the importance of quality ingredients and brewing conditions to achieve a delicious end result. Attendants will go home with a jar of brewed tea, a scoby, starter culture and the knowledge needed to make it delicious! RSVP to outreach@moonflower.coop. Materials are limited to 20 participants.
