This is a classic Southeast Asian dish popular throughout Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
Taking tofu and bringing it out of the bland, this meal is a uniquely flavored stir-fry served over rice.
It has all the elements of that oriental exotic cuisine, spicy, a little sweet and of course -lemongrass yummy.
Lemongrass is a perennial herb that can be grown locally when planted out of its original
subtropical environment; only if it’s potted up in winter and brought indoors. The produce dept at
Moonflower has special ordered a case of fresh lemongrass for this class.
