Have you been wanting to start making your own Kombucha but always been a SCOBY short? With all the contradicting information on Kombucha brewing on the internet are you having trouble knowing where to start?
Have you been brewing Kombucha for years and want to share your knowledge and/or SCOBYs?
In either case Moonflower Market’s Kombucha class is where you want to be!
We will have several experienced local Kombucha brewers who will give short presentations and answer any questions.
We will have enough SCOBYs for all attendees. But space is limited and it’s first come first serve.
Anyone interested in participating either as a brewer or as a student is welcome to come in and sign up at Moonflower.
The class will be in the Moonflower Market’s kitchen.
