How to Bake a Great European Style Loaf with Little Effort: The No-Knead Bread Method

Join Kendra Kurihara for a hands-on experience using the no-knead method to easily make your own bread. Learn how to read your dough and understand the mechanics and magic of yeasted bread. We will also gain experience in using sourdough starter to take it up a notch. You will have the opportunity to take some active, live starter home with you!

Free and open to all! All ingredients will be provided. Class will take place in our Datura Deli kitchen.
