The prep cook is key in our deli! We move through a lot of produce daily, between salads, sandwiches, baked goods and freshly-prepared entrees on the hot bar. The prep chef ensures the coolers are stocked with everything necessary for a busy day of cooking and assembling all our ready-to-eat products. You’ll be working with whole, organic food, sourced locally as often as possible.
