SUMMARY:The Art of Flower Essence Therapy
DESCRIPTION:This will be a contemplative class utilizing flower essences and short meditations. We will cover the history of these elixirs of light\, how they differ from essential oils & tinctures\, and their effects upon the mind\, body\, & spirit. -With Clinical Herbalist Sara Jane Taylor of Herbal Roots Apothecary \nAbout Sara Jane: \nI love to share my herbal knowledge on the daily and I love to wildcraft medicine whenever the season is ripe. As an Herbal Educator\, I love to teach medicine making classes\, offer herb walks\, and contemplate the energetic effects of Flower Essences upon the mind\, body\, and spirit. I am excited for more teaching opportunities and have been fortunate to guest teach at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in Boulder\,CO\, the Appalachia School of Holistic Herbalism in Asheville\,NC\, and at San Francisco State University’s Holistic Fair. \n
