SUMMARY:Healing the Rhythms of the Womb w/ Emily Stock
DESCRIPTION:In this class we will discuss we will explore the ways that our creative centers communicate with us about our bodies. We will cover common imbalances that can cause difficulties in the menstrual cycle through examining hormonal changes through the cycle\, what factors affect these hormones\, and how to make positive change. We will also discuss physiologic and individual constitutional factors that can increase PMS and painful menstruation. There are many herbal and nutritional therapies on the path to healing; attendees will leave with many insights and tools to nourish within themselves a balanced cycle.
