SUMMARY:Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Nikko Miyatake\, owner of Nikoko Cacao and Maya Superfoods\, for an educational cacao ceremony and full body wellness experience including guided breathwork\, movement\, and meditation. The aim of this class is to bring attendees into a state of deep inner connectedness through yogic practices and the power of cacao. \nSip on minimally processed\, ceremonial grade cacao from Nikoko Cacao while learning about its health benefits\, historic and cultural use\, and processing. Following the cacao ceremony\, Nikko will lead the class through the following: \n\n5 Tibetan rites: A yoga sequence designed to keep the spine flexible and strong as we age; promotes blood flow and mobilizes all the joints\nHolotropic breathwork: Designed to access deep parts of the psyche\, promote emotional release\, and support healing and self-discovery\nGlow meditation + sound: Heart opening meditation\n\nFree and open to all. The class will take place in the Dance Room at the MARC at 111 E 100 N. Yoga mats\, blankets\, and blocks will be provided. \nAbout Nikko: \nNikko Miyatake is a dedicated entrepreneur and holistic wellness practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding transformative cacao ceremonies and yoga/pranayama classes. As a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor\, Nikko draws from ancient healing traditions to promote balance and harmony in people’s lives. His deep immersion in the world of cacao includes six months of intensive training\, and 4 years total with a shaman in Guatemala\, amplifying his understanding of cacao’s spiritual and healing properties. Nikoko Cacao offers premium cacao infused with rainforest superfoods\, empowering individuals to grow and radiate both physically and spiritually. Nikko’s mission is to inspire others to embrace their full potential\, fostering personal growth and inner radiance.
