DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers all about mint! \nWe will learn about the health benefits of this herb\, how to incorporate mint and yoga into one’s everyday life for wellness\, and how to plant mint. Courtney will teach a brief kid-friendly yoga class and participants will get to plant their own mint seeds to take home. \nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nFREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \n\nAbout Courtney: \n\nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder. \n Please RSVP below to help us prepare ahead of time.
