SUMMARY:Fall Equinox Celebration for Kids
DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers celebrating the fall equinox! \nWe will learn about the fall equinox and the Earth’s seasons and move through a brief yoga practice. We will then take a nature walk outside to find signs of fall such as leaves and pine cones. We will learn to make arrangements with our collected items and create leaf rubbings on paper with crayons. \n\nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nFREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder. \n Please RSVP below to help us prepare ahead of time.
