SUMMARY:What to Supplement?
DESCRIPTION:What to Supplement?  \nJoin herbalist Emily Stock of Sundial Medicinals for this free class on supplementation\, Thursday\, April 6th\, 6-7:30pm at Moonflower! \n The supplement industry is one of many veils; it can be hard to decipher true information from advertising. Add to that new and old scientific studies that may or may not have been paid for by the industry themselves.  And yet\, even with a well-rounded diet\, there are nutrients that many people are deficient of or cannot absorb properly. There are other supplements that are helpful for specific kinds of conditions to help the body regain strength and balance.  \nIn this class we will learn what kinds of supplements might just be marketing scams\, which ones might be harmful for regular ingestion\, and which ones you may genuinely be lacking and could benefit from!
