SUMMARY:Kids’ Summer Solstice Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Join us and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive family-friendly class for children and caregivers celebrating the summer solstice! \nWe will learn about the summer solstice and read a book about sun salutations\, and then practice summer-themed yoga and mindfulness. We will then learn how to make a healthy\, refreshing “sun tea.” \nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nFree and open to all. Meet other families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \n\nCourtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
