SUMMARY:Bokashi Compost workshop
DESCRIPTION:Presenting a Bokashi Workshop by dedicated fermenter from Bozeman\, Montana\, Kathleen Rauch\, in collaboration with both Moonflower Coop and USU Moab in the Moonflower Coop Library. Bokashi is a revolutionary\, earth-friendly modification of traditional composting that involves fermenting food waste before adding it to soil or a compost pile. \nIn this demonstration workshop\, we will explore the myriad applications of Bokashi for home\, farm and commercial applications.   Learn how to recover precious nutrients from a full range of waste/organic material to create vibrant\, healthy\, microbial rich soil.   We will also cover a simple method of cultivating the beneficial microorganisms that are essential for the Bokashi process. \nKathleen Rauch is a dedicated fermenter from Bozeman\, Montana.
