SUMMARY:Kids’ Yoga & Nutrition Class: “Build Your Zen Garden”
DESCRIPTION:Join us and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive family-friendly class for children and caregivers! Children will learn movement and breathing mindfulness techniques\, practice a brief kid-friendly yoga flow\, and make their own “zen garden” snack while learning about healthy foods. \n\nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided.\n\nFREE and open to all. Meet other families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \n\nCourtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder and Cashin. \n RSVPing is not required\, but appreciated to help us prepare ahead of time.
