SUMMARY:Healthy Holiday Desserts for Kids
DESCRIPTION:In this fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers with Courtney Dare Reese Hill\, kids will learn about desserts made with whole food ingredients\, natural sweeteners\, and “super food” ingredients. Kids will learn about nurturing a healthy relationship with sweets and make their own delicious\, healthy banana pumpkin blend to take home and turn into ice cream. \nClass will include kid-friendly yoga. All ingredients and yoga mats will be provided. \n\nFREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney:\n\nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
