SUMMARY:Yoga\, Mindfulness\, & DIY Mat Spray Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Crystal Blanks for a workshop that blends yoga\, mindfulness\, and self-care. Crystal will guide you through breathwork\, a grounding body scan\, and a gentle yoga flow to connect mind\, body\, and breath. \nAfter movement\, learn about essential oils and their benefits before creating your own personalized natural\, non-toxic yoga mat spray cleaner to take home. The workshop will close with group ritual and mindful reflection. \nFree and open to the public. Yoga mats will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own. The class will take place in the Dance Room at the MARC\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Crystal: \nCrystal Blanks is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with multiple other certifications and owns a wellness practice here in Moab\, UT\, Mindful Movement Moab. \n Please RSVP below to help us prepare ahead of time.
