DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers celebrating the spring equinox and mindfulness! \nWe will read a book about sun salutations and spring\, while learning about the spring equinox and the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. We will move through a brief yoga practice including sun salutations and a breathing technique. Class will finish outside with a mindfulness walk/scavenger hunt to find signs of spring. \n\nYoga mats will be provided. \nFREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of 1-year-old Wylder. \n Please RSVP below to help us prepare ahead of time.
