DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers on healthy eating. \nWe will read the classic children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar while taste testing and exploring healthy foods. Children will learn about identifying nutritious foods\, trying new foods and flavors\, and making healthy choices. Parents and caregivers will also learn fun games to play at home to build lifelong healthy eating habits. \nAll ingredients and materials will be provided. \nFREE and open to the public; children are welcome to join! Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of 1-year-old Wylder. \n Please RSVP below to help us prepare ahead of time.
