Make a delicious healthy pudding and go home with some nutritious dessert recipes! Learn the importance of nurturing a healthy relationship with all types of food while engaging with and meeting other families in the community! \nFree and open to the public. This class is aimed at parents and caregivers of children from about 3 months – 9 years old. All materials will be provided; we encourage you to bring your kid(s)! \nThe class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
