The class will primarily be in lecture format with an interactive component: We will make a simple puree to demonstrate food consistencies that you can share with your child. \nTopics covered will include: \n\nHealthy meal ideas\nIntroduction of infant-safe herbs and spices\nGuidelines for food texture progression\nFostering the development of a varied flavor palette\nFoods to avoid\nGeneral infant nutrition\n\nFREE and open to the public; children are welcome to join! Meet other children and families in the community! \nCourtney has 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of 7-month-old Wylder.
