DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Crystal Blanks of Mindful Movement Moab for a 60-minute experience designed to deepen the reset process by layering a grounding yin yoga practice before breathwork\, an immersive\, soothing sound bath\, and aromatherapy spray crafting. \nThe arc moves from body → breath → vibration → ritual\, creating a full spectrum nervous system reset. \nFree and open to all. All materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nThe class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Crystal: \nCrystal Blanks is a 500 RYT (500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher)\, 800 Yoga Therapist\, and holds multiple other certifications and owns a wellness practice here in Moab\, Utah\, Mindful Movement Moab. \n RSVPing is not required\, but appreciated to help us prepare ahead of time:
