DESCRIPTION:Join mindfulness instructor Crystal Bunch of Mindful Movement Moab for a free kids’ activity! \nWe will come together to read the book Rachel’s Day in the Garden\, a story that teaches different yoga poses and talks about the season of spring. We will then play the Yoga Garden Game\, a board game which allows movement as we “plant our garden.” Finally\, we will all plant a seed to start our very own spring garden. \nAll supplies and yoga mats will be provided. Free and open to the public. \nRSVP not required\, but helpful!
