She has a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from West Chester University\, and has been teaching wellness and cooking workshops since moving to Flagstaff in 2007. She has taught at a cooking equipment store\, Coconino Community College as adjunct faculty within the Hotel Restaurant Management department\, the Flagstaff CSA & Local Market\, Flagstaff Arboretum\, and at Willowbend Education Center.
