SUMMARY:Rest\, Dream\, & Restore: Yoga\, Sound Bath\, & Essential Oil Roller Making
DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Crystal Blanks of Mindful Movement Moab for a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the nervous system\, invite vivid rest\, and awaken intuitive dreaming. Crystal will guide participants through crafting their own aromatherapeutic dream oil roller using a blend of natural essential oils that support rest\, lucid dreaming\, and healthy nighttime habits. Participants will then be guided through supported restorative yoga postures using bolsters\, blankets\, and props while being immersed in a soothing\, therapeutic sound bath with singing bowls\, chimes\, and other therapeutic instruments to facilitate deep relaxation. \nFree and open to all. Ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation\, better sleep\, stress relief\, and a meaningful self-care ritual to take home. \nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nThe class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Crystal: \nCrystal Blanks is a 500 RYT (500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher)\, 800 Yoga Therapist\, and holds multiple other certifications and owns a wellness practice here in Moab\, Utah\, Mindful Movement Moab. \n RSVPing is not required\, but appreciated to help us prepare ahead of time:
