DESCRIPTION:For the first two weeks of May\, we will be hosting a Round Up at the Register fundraiser to benefit Moab Community Childcare! When you shop at Moonflower during these two weeks\, you will have the option of rounding up your purchase total to the nearest dollar (or more)\, and 100% of your change will go directly to MCC. \n\nYour change supports Moab Community Childcare\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to improve the availability of high-quality\, affordable childcare in Moab. \nMCC operates three state-licensed childcare centers serving children across key stages of early development: an infant-only center\, a toddler center\, and a preschool with two designated classrooms. \n\nLearn more about our Round Up at the Register program here.

SUMMARY:Kids’ Spring Gardening & Yoga Class
DESCRIPTION:Join us and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun\, interactive class for children and caregivers about gardening and using basil in the garden and kitchen. Children will get to plant their own basil seeds to take home\, practice a kid-friendly yoga flow\, and read the children’s book “Rachel’s Day in the Garden.” \nAll materials and yoga mats will be provided. \nFREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Stage Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center\, 111 E. 100 N. \nAbout Courtney: \nCourtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education\, pediatrics\, and yoga instruction\, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder and Cashin. \n RSVPing is not required\, but appreciated to help us prepare ahead of time.
